Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional administrative support and office clerical services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers and other individuals via phone and email.
  • Greeting customers and guests in a professional manner.
  • Handling customer account inquiries, pricing questions, and product orders.
  • Managing requests for new account setups and closures.
  • Acting as a liaison between the customer and the appropriate field personnel.
  • Processing customer payments and credit notes.
  • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, receiving and distributing mail, and maintaining files.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 education. Completion of college or other courses in business administration is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Excel and database management skills, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • The ability to type 60 wpm or more.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact in an articulate and professional manner with staff and customers.
  • Planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks with moderate interruptions and prioritize work.
