About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Boston Pizza New West. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
