About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2539748 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep records of food quantities used to maintain inventory levels
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing display
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
    • Use efficient interpersonal skills to resolve any customer complaints or issues
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
    • Participate in on-the-job training to develop new skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Will train on the job to develop necessary skills and knowledge
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
    • Reliability and ability to work in a team environment
