Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2539752 Ontario Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We welcome and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
- On-the-Job Training: We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth and newcomers.
- Indigenous Support: We develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
