Job Title: Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel Expert

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advertising department, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and integrating automations using GoHighLevel (GHL).

Your Role:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Set up and manage Facebook & Instagram ads that deliver results.
  • Custom Audiences & Retargeting: Use custom audiences and retargeting to reach the right people.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track performance data and adjust ads to improve results.
  • Funnel Optimization: Set up and optimize funnels to ensure leads turn into customers.
  • GoHighLevel Automation: Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to automate follow-ups and keep leads organized.
  • Ad Testing & Optimization: Test different ads, landing pages, and strategies to see what works best.
  • Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly reports with key numbers and insights.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with Meta's ad rules and changes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4+ years of experience running Facebook & Instagram ads.
  • Custom Tracking & Conversions: Knows how to set up custom tracking & conversions.
  • GoHighLevel Experience: Has experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for automations and CRM.
  • Ad Performance Analysis: Can read and analyze ad results to improve performance.
  • Sales Funnels: Understands sales funnels and how to convert leads.
  • Troubleshooting: Can troubleshoot tracking and ad issues.
  • Communication: Communicates well and works independently.

Bonus Skills:

  • Service-Based Businesses: Experience running ads for service-based businesses.
  • Additional Platforms: Familiar with TikTok, YouTube, or Google Ads.
  • Copywriting Skills: Basic copywriting skills for ad creatives.
