Project Control Officer - Banking

**Job Summary**

S I Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Control Officer to join our team. As a Project Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Banking sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project budgets, including auditing and reconciling project expenses.
  • Review and analyze weekly and monthly time tracking reports to identify any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Ensure all invoices are properly approved and processed, and that drawdowns are accurately recorded and forecasted.
  • Support the project team in maintaining project files, including documentation, approvals, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all stakeholders are represented and that project momentum is maintained.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial project management and budget management.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with Clarity project management software.
  • Experience working on projects at big 5 banks in Canada.

**Education**

Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma
