As a Senior Project Control Officer at Hafman Consulting Group, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing complex projects within the banking sector. You will work closely with project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Project Control Expertise: Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective project control and governance.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Project Coordination and Communication: Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among project stakeholders.
- Risk and Issue Management: Monitor and control project risks and issues, proactively identifying and mitigating potential obstacles to project success.
- Project Status Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommended actions.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to support project deliverables, and provide support and guidance to project managers and team members on project control and governance processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Control Officer in the banking industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Sharepoint.
- Project Control Methodologies: Strong knowledge and understanding of project control methodologies and best practices.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Contract Length: 1 year contract with the possibility of extension.
