Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports and maintain open communication with management and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and working under pressure.
