Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food production.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers to meet work schedules and quality standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- High school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in food safety and sanitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and work with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
