Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
