We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Broadstreet Cafe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
