Job Summary

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Programs Manager to lead our portfolio of clients in Northern BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing security teams, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and service are maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct interviews and select security staff for sites within the portfolio, ensuring they meet industry, corporate, and client standards.
  • Ensure all staff are trained and site orders are current, maintaining a high level of security and service quality.
  • Provide motivational and disciplinary discussions as needed to ensure staff are performing at their best.
  • Evaluate security staff based on company policies and client standards, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee security evaluations and provide strategic recommendations to the Branch Manager.
  • Communicate with Operations and Field Supervisors on outstanding issues, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Monitor and take appropriate action on incident reports, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Remain on-call for after-hours emergencies, providing critical support when needed.
  • Promote Paladin Security's business professionally and positively, aligning services with client expectations and our Code of Ethics.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in security.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lead, organize, and solve problems effectively.
  • Working knowledge of security legislation and standards.
  • Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
