Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Programs Manager to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the security teams within that portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Security Team Management: Oversee the security teams within the portfolio, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to meet industry, corporate, and client standards.
  • Site Evaluations: Conduct regular site evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and client standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Monitor and respond to incident reports, taking appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
  • Staffing and Training: Conduct interviews and select security staff for sites within the portfolio, ensuring they meet company policies and client standards.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate security staff based on company policies and client standards, providing motivational and disciplinary discussions as needed.
  • Business Development: Promote Paladin Security's business and services to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in security.
  • Education: Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid Class 5 driver's license.
