Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Data & AI Product Management to redefine processes across our business and transform employee and client experiences through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you will develop, design, and refine a comprehensive data and AI strategy, aligning with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead agile teams to deliver exceptional data and AI products that simplify business operations across Claims, Underwriting, Sales & Distribution, and Product.
  • Create product roadmaps, define business problems, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine benefits and solution feasibility.
  • Leverage technical acumen in Data, traditional AI, generative AI, and Product Management expertise to execute our data and AI product roadmap.
  • Evaluate business value achieved versus plan, communicate outcomes to leadership, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Guide teams using Kanban and Sprint methodologies, Agile delivery, and provide coaching on UX, technical, and functional domain experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in financial services, including 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, with CPO certification and demonstrated product management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, ability to effectively communicate, and story-tell.
  • Experience guiding agile teams, leveraging knowledge of User experience (UX) and technical domain experts.
  • Previous experience leading and building data tools, architecting solutions, and designing creative, scalable consumer products.
