About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Support Professional to join our team at Premier Montessori Academy Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with early childhood educators to design and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the holistic development of children, including their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records, ensuring seamless communication between educators and parents regarding children's progress.
  • Engagement and Activities: Plan and execute activities that foster learning and enjoyment, such as storytelling, singing songs, and preparing crafts, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Caregiving: Support children in developing essential life skills, including proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Meal Preparation and Environment Setup: Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Observations and Progress Reports: Submit written observations on children's progress to early childhood educators or supervisors, facilitating informed decision-making and supportive planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for supporting children's growth and development.
What We Offer
  • Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
