About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Sourcing to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Capital Markets business platform, you will play a crucial role in driving and influencing sourcing decisions, optimizing the supply base, and pursuing cost savings/avoidance opportunities while balancing supplier risk.

This challenging and exciting project will give you the opportunity to work on numerous projects, including UI/UX transformation, Blockchain, AI/Data Science, Cloud migrations, Cyber-Security, and Engineering.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing strong and credible relationships across the Capital Markets business platform to understand the business strategy and direction.
  • Building and continuously updating a comprehensive and robust contract pipeline to proactively identify, manage, address, and report on sourcing opportunities.
  • Being a subject matter expert on the client's Enterprise Procurement & Third-Party Risk policies and procedures to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Developing and implementing global efficiencies, standardized tools, technology, policies, and procedures related to Procurement.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Solid knowledge, understanding, and experience in strategic sourcing with 5+ years of relevant technology experience in sourcing.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and exploit points of leverage, including leveraging contract terms/conditions to optimize cost structures and minimize risk.
  • A great understanding of commercial and non-commercial provisions of third-party documentation.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have endless opportunities to learn new technologies through our in-house Training arm – Cognixia.

As a member of our high-performing team, you will identify and lead complex strategic sourcing and contracting of technology products, including enterprise and business application software and related services in support of the Capital Markets business.
