Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team at MY CANADA SOLUTIONS INC. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, handling front desk duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving guests, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
