The Currency Exchange House Limited is seeking a skilled Cashier Supervisor to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cashiers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the business and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of cashiers and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Retail service establishment experience is essential.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a dynamic team. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
