Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary rehabilitation team at Hardy View Lodge in Grand Forks, British Columbia.

About the Role:

As a Physiotherapist with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Your expertise will be utilized to provide comprehensive physiotherapy services that empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals.

You will work both independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide education to clients and caregivers.

Your contributions will also include providing direction to rehabilitation assistants, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of care within the rehabilitation team.

You will have the chance to actively contribute to our organization's goals and participate in quality assurance initiatives, research endeavors, and educational opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to clients, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Certified registration with the College of Health and Care Professions of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
  • Valid driver's license required
