We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Security Guard to join our team at one of the busiest malls in Red Deer. As a Security Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers, businesses, and the public.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized persons
- Patrol the site on foot
- Monitor closed circuit cameras
- Coordinate response to incidents
- Respond to telephone calls received by the security department
- Provide high-level customer service to all customers and tenants
- Removal of unauthorized individuals
Requirements
- Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid certificate
- Eligibility to work in Canada full-time
- Criminal justice or police foundations diploma is an asset
- Previous Tactical experience is an asset
