Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Security Guard to join our team at a high-profile site in Red Deer. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to restricted areas for authorized personnel.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the site on foot.
  • Monitor closed-circuit cameras to ensure the security of the site.
  • Coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies.
  • Provide high-level customer service to all clients and tenants.
  • Remove unauthorized individuals from the site.
Requirements
  • Valid Alberta security guard license and first aid certificate.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada full-time.
  • Criminal justice or police foundations diploma is an asset.
  • Previous tactical experience is an asset.
