Hotel Operations Director

GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth. They will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing departmental establishment, and coordinating the work of regions and departments.
The Hotel Operations Director will also be responsible for establishing objectives for the organization, formulating or approving policies and programs, and representing the company in negotiations and official functions.
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
The role will involve supervising a team of 16-20 people, and the ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and leading change initiatives.
The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of computer and technology systems, with experience in using MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
The role is a permanent position, working 30-40 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
