Hotel General Manager Job Description

GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee the efficient management of hotel resources, including staff, budget, and facilities.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability, implementing effective strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
