Job Title: Communications Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Canada. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications campaigns to promote our brand and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to support business objectives
  • Lead the development of key messaging and positioning for our brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communications efforts across marketing, public relations, and internal communications
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
  • Develop and maintain internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in communications or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
