Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

At Dentalcorp, we're seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving change and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of new Workday features and functionalities.
  • Perform fit and gap analysis on Workday processes and upcoming new features/functionality that impact current configuration, integrations, or business processes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Workday solutions and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address change management issues.
  • Provide operational and project support to Workday Systems Manager.
  • Develop and enhance working knowledge through training, independent research, and experimentation.
  • Proactively identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of configuration experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Talent, and/or Recruitment modules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or a related area preferred or a combination of work-related experience.
  • Experience in project management, project scheduling, quality assurance testing, preparing documentation, and technical writing.
  • Experience with Workday report writing, calculated fields, and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem identification, analysis, and solving skills.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to business needs and vice versa.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits.
