We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Mountview Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail. If you are a team player with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Complete insurance and other claim forms
  • Maintain filing systems and order supplies
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Outlook
