Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mountview Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre.

Job Summary:

The Medical Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating patient information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare and distribute medical reports and correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems and order supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
