Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications in patients' residences (ADLs, transferring, or personal care is not within the scope of this position)
  • Visit patients in the community and perform patient-specific assessments (e.g., blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure monitoring)
  • Interpret assessment data to adjust medications accordingly
  • Document all interventions, patient behavior changes, and assessment data
Requirements:
  • Driver's License
  • Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
  • Licensed and practicing with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

Shift premiums and sign-on bonus available Wage: Based on experience + shift premiums available Overtime pay. Day shift. Morning shift.
