Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform various nursing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and perform various nursing tasks
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor nutritional intake
  • Ensure infection control and provide pre-operative and post-operative care
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
