Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to match members with the right financial solutions that meet their needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and referral goals
  • Participate in business development plans through corporate/branch marketing campaigns
  • Develop ongoing knowledge of our current financial services and products
  • Promote referrals to our Wealth Management and Business Banking teams
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of the local market and competitive offers
  • Adhere to all audits, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide outstanding member experience by adhering to Servus' best practices
Requirements:

To qualify, you will need at least 2 years of retail banking or related financial industry experience, preferably in sales or customer service and a high school diploma. Although not required, post-secondary education in Finance or related studies, Investment Funds in Canada Course & License, Personal Financial Service Advice, and Financial Planning I are valuable assets.
