Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wooden Fish Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
- Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and maintain a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high food quality standards.
