We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wooden Fish Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that all food safety procedures are followed.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that they receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
