About the Role:
The Inspections Services Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling site visits, maintaining accurate client information, and providing administrative support to the Inspections Department. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling and coordinating site visits with clients for our field staff over the phone and through email
• Collecting and updating client contact details to maintain accurate records
• Providing direct support to the Inspection Department on other administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and data processing

Qualifications and Skills:
This role requires a minimum of post-secondary education and at least 2 years of proven experience in scheduling and administrative support or a related role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
