Signature Site is a leading Canadian subcontractor specializing in signage, building exteriors, lighting, and electrical services. We operate across Canada through everyday service, urgent 24/7 maintenance, and transformative projects for leading brands in retail, petroleum, and other commercial sectors.

We are a fast-growing, strong company that is ready to take things to the next level with a formal sales team.

Role Description:

The National Sales Leader will develop and build national sales and key customer relationships in a hands-on way, and will have the opportunity to craft and lead our sales team going forward.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, closing sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to support sales operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in one of the following locations:

  • Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area

Compensation will be heavily performance-based - you will define your earnings potential.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivation and a real passion to build something with your own hands
  • Experience in commercial Business Development
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the signage, electrical construction or subcontracting industry is a plus
