This position will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories by developing new customer relationships and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify their current or future needs and provide information about Clarion's products and services.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of Clarion's products and services to potential customers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Clarion's products, sales objectives, and strategies, as well as pricing and delivery policies and practices.
  • Participate in developing sales forecasts and establishing sales targets.
  • Perform in accordance with Clarion's operating and environmental, health, and safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum college diploma or university degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant and successful sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual with experience working with sales quotas and bonus plans.
  • Previous territory management experience required.
  • Previous training in injection techniques for dermal fillers and neuromodulators.
  • Experience in training medical professionals.
  • Event planning and successful execution.
  • Knowledge of facial anatomy.
  • Creative individual with ability to manage and quickly reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Professional and people-oriented with outstanding presentation skills.
  • Innovative and flexible individual with high energy level.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive relationships with internal and external clients and associates.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office products.
Travel Requirements:
  • A personal automobile is required.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license.
  • 20% overnight travel.
