We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Intelcom - Dragonfly. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and ensuring effective internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers on aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Support managers in the management, mobilization, and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies, aligning with our company's human resources management philosophy.
- Manage internal employee movements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Participate in the management of performance and attendance at work, promoting a culture of accountability and responsibility.
- Participate in and promote the prevention of workplace accidents, developing programs to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files, maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare employee files for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with our human resources management philosophy, implementing actions that support our organizational strategies.
- Ensure the proper management and administration of working conditions, promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
- Help promote the employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators, analyzing and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Ease of establishing strong interpersonal relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Efficiency, creativity, and teamwork, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and French, oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Good command of common IT tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, with knowledge of management systems an asset.
