We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GP LIQUOR HOME. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and secure storage of documents.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
