- Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
- Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and secure storage of documents.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
