Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports

Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
