Administrative Coordinator

Pizza X-Men Holdings INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Human Resources: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, as well as coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet organizational goals.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including managing contracts, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new policies and procedures, as well as develop and implement communication strategies.
- Record-Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
