Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  • Work with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Java development
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
  • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
  • Experience with NoSQL databases or Firestore
  • Strong understanding of system design and data structures

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Spring State Machine
  • Experience with Firestore
  • Experience with Redis
