We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sushi Field Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
