Wash Bay Supervisor Night Shift Job Summary

HyLife is a global leader in food processing, and we're seeking a highly skilled Wash Bay Supervisor to join our team in Killarney, MB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wash bay facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule trailers through the wash bay to optimize efficiency
  • Ensure timely and accurate washing of trailers
  • Collaborate with Dispatch and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Reassemble and equip trailers with necessary tools and equipment
  • Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure trailers are safe and ready for use
  • Pull all trailers in the bake/dry bays
  • Meet all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by company policy
  • Maintain records of bake/dry bay usage and report findings to Q.A.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party inspectors to ensure timely inspections
  • Track washes done by the HyLife Truck Wash

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Class 1 or ability to drive semi-trucks an asset
  • 2-4 years of supervising experience required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
