Senior Manager, Performance Optimization and Analysis

Rosedale International Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving educational excellence and quality assurance across our global network of schools.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large-scale curriculum assessments strategies using grades data to inform program outcomes and policy objectives evaluation.
- Co-lead evaluation strategy and item renewal development, leveraging data and feedback from grading management and item analysis.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on approaches to program outcomes and policy objectives evaluation, and performance management.
- Support decision-making processes by undertaking reviews, evaluation, and evidence-based assessment of policies, goals, and priorities.
- Track and analyze the team's key performance indicators and outcome measures to assess progress towards strategic objectives.
- 3+ years of solid experience in IB-Ontario education at the 9-12 level, department head or lead teacher preferred (English/Social Sciences subjects).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in IB and Ontario curriculum, teaching and learning, with professional methodology and mindset on academic excellence.
- Proficient skills in large-scale learning data analysis, insight development, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of teaching management and academic measurements in schools.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; University degree.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The candidate should be able to commute to Rosedale HQ office at least 2 days per week.
