Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our network and systems, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Implement and manage network protocols, ensuring seamless communication between systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure the integration of new systems and applications with our existing infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and training to our staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems and applications effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network and systems management, ensuring our infrastructure remains secure and efficient.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in network and systems management, with a focus on security and infrastructure.
  • Excellent knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including encryption, firewalls, and access control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
