At NBC, we're seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing commercial files to support our Commercial Manager in delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Conducting thorough checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with various partners involved in files
  • Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Building lasting business relationships with clients through exceptional service
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

As a Commercial Banking Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and teamwork. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Requirements:

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
