About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Wibble Wobble Childcare Ltd. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Support: Assist early childhood educators in developing and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Record Keeping: Collaborate with early childhood educators or supervisors to maintain accurate records of children's progress and activities.
  • Engagement and Activities: Engage children in various activities, such as storytelling, singing, and craft preparation, to foster their creativity and curiosity.
  • Logistics and Maintenance: Assist in preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
  • Observations and Progress: Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, and participate in staff meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Certifications and Training
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate: We require a valid Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate to ensure our team members have the necessary qualifications to provide high-quality care and education.

Work Environment
