We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group North America. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, including campaign execution, lead management, data governance, and reporting.

Using technical and analytical skills, you will develop data-driven growth strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C markets. A proactive, innovative thinker, you will identify opportunities and work to exceed expectations, partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Analytics teams to deliver multi-channel customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and presenting a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing automation workflows with growth objectives and customer journeys.
  • Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and mobile channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Creating, optimizing, and maintaining customer journeys, automations, and personalized content in SFMC, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
  • Evaluating and managing the marketing tech stack to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration of tools and platforms.
  • Implementing data hygiene best practices and analyzing campaign performance data to drive lifecycle improvements and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, particularly in marketing automation for B2C and B2B (B2B2C experience is a bonus).
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with experience in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, practical solutions, leveraging best practices in marketing automation.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and AMPScript, with experience in CRM and API integrations.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.
