Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
