Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Booster Juice Ltd. in a fast-paced environment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • TRAIN STAFF in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • SELECT AND TRAIN QUALIFIED FOOD SERVICE STAFF
  • Evaluate and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and labor
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance

Work Environment:

  • Noisy kitchen environment with frequent interruptions
  • Exposure to strong food odors and wet/damp conditions
  • Hot temperatures during peak periods
  • Outdoor tasks may be required during special events

Supervision:

1-2 people reporting directly, 3-4 people total in the department


Transportation:

Public transportation is available near our location

  • Frequent standing, walking, and bending while working
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Tight deadlines require flexibility and adaptability
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift
  • Standing for extended periods while performing tasks

  • Physically demanding role requiring strength and stamina
  • Attention to detail essential in maintaining high-quality standards

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in food service operations or a related field


Compensation:

$40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
