Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at AGOM HOLDING'S CORPORATION. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with Suppliers: Develop and maintain relationships with food and supply vendors to ensure the highest quality products at competitive prices.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, or equivalent experience.
- Recognized Employer: We are a recognized employer offering a permanent work term.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
